Bio:
Kylar was orphaned as a young child, his parents killed by rogue ninjas while traveling through the land of lightning. Though the people that found him thought he was left for dead, he actually fought the rogues and managed to kill one. Even from a young age, he is recognized for his immense speed, and similarly quick thinking. Ever since his parents' death, he has remained a calm, quiet, emotionless pursuer of retribution. Kylar drives himself with a cold determination to be strong enough to serve justice to anyone. He has some chakra control, learned from his parents before there death, and an affinity for swords that's origin remains a mystery. After wondering the land of lightning for a couple years on his own, he moved to Konoha, wear he started undergoing training to become a ninja. He was quickly acknowledged as being one of the top students. His speed is unparalleled, and chakra levels are only slightly above average, but increase greatly if he gets angered. He prefers using his speed and silent movements to get in close to his enemies, where he combines taijutsu and swordplay. Once angered past a certain limit, his usually solid self-control vanishes entirely, and he becomes crazed and animalistic.

Description:
Kylar is a tall and lean. He has long, bright-silver hair (similar to moonlight), which, coupled with his tendency to be out at night, led to his nickname. His eyes are the same vibrant blue of the lightning he uses. He is quiet, clever, and rarely shows any emotion apart from anger, which is still uncommon. He is generous and helpful when he is around, but tends to avoid people. He wears a mask similar to anbu's masks, though his is black with red accents, and resembles a wolf, which is his way of further distancing himself from others. He wears a black ninja outfit with gray streaks, and has a hood that he wears up to hide his hair, usually only letting it down while fighting.
