jutsu rules

Restrictions are based on the Specialty a ninja have. This excludes bloodline jutsu.

Certain ranks also have restrictions that stacks on top of what's mentioned.

• Jutsu Damage comes in X number of stats, where X is the choice creator picks with valid reasons:

E: 1
D: 2
C: 4
B: 7
A: 11
S: 16

• Do note that the above calculations are purely damage calculations.

Elements are special nature transformations one can do with their chakra, everyone is born with their first chakra nature with additional ones being earned through training and experience.

• You can learn as many elements as you want.

• Canon advanced element cannot be part of a custom bloodline app.

• All elements are trained at 1000 words.

• You start with your first basic element free. Again, do not write as though you will learn the element for sure.

• For the 4th and 5th basic element, there may be power lost in jutsu of those element due to abnormal growth by getting both the 4th and 5th element via training. This power lost will be inherited by the advanced element that is based on

• When training your bijuu, you will gain access to the bijuu's element after you have trained the first tailed cloak.

• Everyone has access to the elements of Yin, and Yang, they are non elemental jutsu such as the Yamanaka Mind Transfer, and the Nara Shadow Control.

• Once you learn an element it is set in stone due to being part of your chakra network, so pick carefully.

Element Cycle:
All elements have a strength, and a weakness, this is known as the element cycle. The Cycle goes Fire, Wind, Lighting, Earth, Water. The prior element being stronger than the following one. When two elements clash, the one that is the dominant element receives +20 to its power to signify its strength.



Collaborations:
A collaboration is when two jutsus are used side by side to enhance one another, without having them take on a new form, IE Wind being used to enhance Fire, or Water being used as a conduit for Lightning, power of the jutsu is the direct sum of 2 jutsus. Collaboration jutsu can be preformed by yourself should you know the jutsus, or with others to create unique combinations. All collaborations must be registered however and trained like everything else. Collaboration jutsu you preform with other characters you can have unlimited of, but you can only preform it if both parties know the collaboration, this requires both of you to train together to get in sync. Success rate of the jutsu is the average of both success rolls of the required jutsu of players.

For the missing 2 element combinations, these are the following:
Fire + Wind = Paiton aka Firenado Style
Lightning + Wind = Keikoton aka Sprite Style

For each and every ninja, their techniques learnt represent what they specializes in. However, for sub specialties techniques, should a character has less than 10 techniques of the prerequisite specialty, their sub specificity techniques will be weaker.

Anything crafted from your chakra that uses elements.

Anything that uses the physical body for hand to hand attacks and consumes stamina instead of chakra.

Genjutsu is the illusion arts.
All Genjutsu has a set power, Genjutsu effects everyone, and must be broken through the following methods.
Breaking Genjutsu is fairly simple, it can be done in a few different ways but the two most common is; The Genjutsu Release, more information can be found on the application itself. The second method is by having a third party making a solid physical action with you.

Other methods of breaking Genjutsu exist, such as the fully mastered Jinchuriki, and Kekkei Genkai such as the Sharingan, the aforementioned is simply the two most common.  Some Genjutsu may have added requirements to break, such as Mangekyo Sharingan Genjutsu needing normally a Sharingan to resist, thus you may have the regular methods of breaking the Genjutsu but it will not be able to be broken.

Anything that uses weapons in combat, consumes stamina as well due to not requiring chakra to swing a sword.

Fuinjutsu is the art of sealing, the system for using seals is the same as Ninjutsu. Juinjutsu, the sub-spec to Fuinjutsu falls under this specialty as well.

Anything that pertains to the healing arts, or things that specifically target the body or the user or the opponent.

Anything that pertains to the manipulation of time and space, summoning, teleportation jutsu is listed under space-time. Is subjected to changes via fuinjutsu and/or ninjutsu according to each individual

A specialised field of techniques that allows the user to sense and then gather natural energy. Senjutsu practitioners learn to draw the energy of nature inside of them, blending it with their own chakra. Is subjected to changes via ninjutsu according to each individual
